  • EUR75.00 donation per team.
  • All proceeds to be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities Malta.
  • Failure to attend the event will result in the full cost being incurred. No refunds shall be given.
  • Tournament format and rules will be communicated on the day by tournament organisers.
  • Each team can include a minimum of 5 players and a maximum of 8 players in the official team registration form. Each team must be made up of at least two HV-group-company-employees (any company in the group), with other spots being open to family and friends.
  • Each player must be 18 years old or older.
  • The tournament is a mixed-gender tournament.
  • The form must be populated and submitted prior to the start of the tournament.
  • It is the responsibility of the individual completing the registration form to ensure to provide correct information.
  • The organisers reserve the right to disqualify teams that do not meet the minimum requirements stipulated above.
  • Team registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis, until all available slots are filled.
    • The matches will be officiated by volunteers – some of which shall be other HV group employees.
    • Players are expected to respect the authority of the referees during the matches.
    • This is a friendly tournament, and any misconduct will not be tolerated.
    • The decisions made by the referees are final.

    A. Each player taking part in the tournament hereby agrees to the following:

    ii. To take part in the tournament at their own risk, and to be solely responsible for their actions during the tournament.

    iii. To assume all of the risks associated with tournaments of this nature, and to accept sole responsibility for any injury to themselves or to any third party (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that may be incurred in connection with their participation in the tournament.

    iv. That they are physically fit and healthy to participate in the tournament and that HV and/or its subsidiaries and/or their employees shall take no responsibility in assessing the fitness of each player or their ability and capacity to take part in the tournament.

    v. To release and forever discharge HV and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all actions, causes of action, damages, debts, claims, demands, cost and expenses relating to or arising out of their participation in the tournament which may hereafter be brought against all or any of them, by or on their behalf, and which relate to or result, directly or indirectly from their participation in the tournament whether directly or indirectly, and whether due to negligence or otherwise;

    vi. To indemnify and hold harmless HV and/or its subsidiarires and their directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all actions, causes of action, damages, debts, claims, demands, cost and expenses which may hereafter be brought against all or any of them by or on their behalf and which relate to or result, directly or indirectly from their participation in the tournament in any way, whether due to negligence or otherwise;

    vii. That if they are unable to consent at the time due to injury or illness, they consent to the administration of first aid and other emergency medical treatment for such injury or illness that occurs during the tournament and they release and forever discharge HV and/or its subsidiaries and/or employees from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services provided to them; and

    viii. Any children attending the event must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and parents and/or legal guardians shall ensure that any children are appropriately supervised at all times. Parents and/or legal guardians shall ensure that comply with all reasonable instructions provided by the event organisers at all times.
