In 2021, Hili Properties plc listed its shares on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange through a public offering of new shares.

Premier Capital plc, Hili Properties plc, and Hili Finance Company plc have over €350 million in Bond Issues combined. This financing has been pivotal in the group’s growth plans, enabling acquisitions and investments in its operations.

Hili Ventures Limited also acts as the Guarantor for all bonds issued by its special purpose vehicle, Hili Finance Company plc.
