Hili Properties plc issued equity through an Initial Public Offering in November 2021, floating just over 25% of the company with 100,892,700 ordinary shares now held by the general public.

Premier Capital plc, 1923 Investments plc, Hili Properties plc, and Hili Finance Company plc have over EUR350 million in Bond Issues combined. This financing has been pivotal in the group’s growth plans, enabling acquisitions and investments in its operations.

Hili Ventures Ltd also acts as the Guarantor for all bonds issued by its special purpose vehicle Hili Finance Company plc.
